I am not selling for these guys nor am I affiliated with them. A friend at work found this site and it is pretty good. Thought I should share.

They have wall face plates for almost any type of connection or they can custom make you one.

Yeah Lowes is where I got mine w/ the patch panels and "fox n' hound". I didn't have to wait for shipment. I'd consider this if I had a big job to do though and was a small business.
